Established in 1996, Qingdao Huanghai Marine Airbags Manufacture Co., Ltd was the first pioneer manufacturer in Qingdao City who brought in marine airbag technique. The Factory occupies an area of more than ten thousand square meters and owns modernized workshop and supporting facility. The new factory is located in Chengyang District, the most important industrial district in Qingdao. Regarding Chengyang District, it has convenient transport facilities such as Liuting International Airport which is the sole international airport in Qingdao, and is very close to Qingdao Port, one of the three biggest ports in China. Our main products are inflatable rubber products such as ship airbag, ship fender, pontoon, constructional inflatable mandrel etc. All of these are burgeoning and salable products in the shipping industry which require high technology and particular workmanship. Take the ship airbag for example, when it is used for ship launching and landing its quality is the key factor to the security of ship launching project. Thus we guarantee that every airbag from our factory shall reach or exceed the Industrial Standard with wearable surface, anti-aging performance, good air tightness, high strength and long-term service life, which will contribute a lot to the success of the launching and landing projects.

Pan Youde, the General Manager and Engineer of our company, has made outstanding contribution to the development of airbag industry. He has been involved in the airbag research and production since 1980s and now obtains abundant experience in this field. He led the R&D team and invented three National Patent airbag models such as MLG-T Model (spirally woven plane airbag), MLD-V Model (with flute-shape protective layer) and MLG-H Model (with steel wire structure). All these three patents are protected by law. Regarding MLD-V Model, it is exclusively designed and sold by our company. It has a particular flute-shape protective layer which is specially applicable to support a sharp bottom boat. It solved the technical problem that the plane airbag is easily cut off by the keel sharp bottom boat and becomes popular in market.
